Эволюции скорость — условно определяемая скорость процесса видообразования в к.-л. таксоне, которая позволяет рассматривать эволюционный процесс как брадителический (медленно протекающий), тахилетический (относительно ускоренный) или горотелический (см. Эволюция горотелическая).
